Unfortunately, the Open Source Options team does not have enough time to respond to every help request we receive. For in-depth, step-by-step instruction please consider if any of our courses can help accomplish your goals.
For our Customers
We are always available through email (contact@opensourceoptions.com) to support our customers and to answer questions about our products. If you are looking for help with a course you have purchased make a post in the course forum. If you do not receive an answer in a timely manner, contact Open Source Options via email at contact@opensourceoptions.com.

Business-related inquiries may reach us at contact@opensourceoptions.com. Only genuine requests should contact us. We do not tolerate spam of any kind. Please note that if you email us with a pitch that only benefits us by buying your product your email address will be reported. We do not accept payment for backlinks.
Guest Writers
We may occasionally accept well-written content relevant to performing GIS and data analysis tasks. All content must be original. We will only respond to inquiries that present a draft article as a link to a Google Doc. We will not respond to general inquiries.
